Townhouse Update
Here are some pics of my townhouse. These are the 'before' pics. Mostly showcasing issues that I wanted to work on. Hopefully they at least show the details of the place well enough.

I've been fighting the good fight for removing the paint on the fire place.
The oldest AC has been replaced.
The plumber is coming sometime this week to work up a quote for repairing the tub.
I need to call a contractor to look into the window issues.
After that there is replacing the appliances, but most of the other items are things that can be repaired / replaced once I'm already moved in. Painting and window covers are pretty high on my list. Its easier to paint before anything is in the place.
